5 time management tools

  1. One day at a time

Fighting for what you want is great. If you think it is impossible to reach a goal, there are no looks at the end. Focus only on the next step. By looking only at what is to come and not what is missing, it is easier to “climb the stairs”.

  1. First most important

A lazy blow and to get away from the really important task, we started doing smaller tasks that are not so dangerous. This false sense of accomplishment ends up undermining your daily productivity, as this task will need to be done at some point.

  1. Don’t do everything at the same time

Wanting to do everything at the same time is the same as doing nothing. Trying to be an octopus and having many “hands” will only serve to make your work be done with less quality. You may even think that you are impressing your boss, but no, you are not!

  1. Enjoy “lost time”

Getting home by bus, subway, taxi, or even your car can be valuable time. Enjoy it, be it reading a book, writing your ideas or listening to a conference you recorded on your cell phone.

  1. “Time theft”

Taking photos to post on your social network will only be beneficial if you are a photographer or if you want to be. Otherwise, it is a waste of time.
Start writing, in a short list, everything that consumes your time in a negative way. Wear it every day and your productivity, now organized, will thank you.
